HIPOS is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our innovative team. You will craft visually engaging and user-friendly designs, leveraging typography, illustration, and layouts to create impactful products that enhance user experience.
The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a human-centered design approach, participating in user research, prototyping, testing, analysis, and effective cross-functional communication.
Position Requirements
Our Product Designers at HIPOS create visually appealing products while considering user needs, market impact, and social context.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, HCI, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work is required.
Proven experience as a Product Designer with successful product launches.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive, engaging designs.
Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders at HIPOS.
Experience creating interactive prototypes and wireframes to clearly communicate design concepts and solutions.
